We’re happy to quote on any work, from a regular road rebuild, to K-Series or Audi 20V race engines. Most engine machining work is done on site at JSR using out own tooling, with more specialised engineering work carried out by our local expert partners.
As with all our performance tuning work, our key priority is reliability. And that’s no different when it comes to gearboxes. When standard Audi/VW gearboxes are used in race or high performance road situations the differential bolts have been know come loose, often resulting in total failure – the last thing you need when you’re starting the final lap of a race in first place or you’re 500 miles from home at the Nürburgring! One of the many gearbox build and upgrade services offered by JSR is our differential to crownwheel fitting solution, which has proved to be a 100% reliable method of preventing the bolts from coming loose.
